• Easy start and stop options with all information held in one location
• Case Records must be submitted for the application to be complete
• Online payment must be submitted for the application to be complete

Clinical competency forms may be submitted with your online application or sent to the National Office by your school/program director.

Official school transcripts must still be submitted directly to the National Office by your school or an authorized third-party source.

Be sure to review all standard eligibility requirements for the Perfusion Basic Science Examination (PBSE) and the Clinical Applications in Perfusion Examination (CAPE).
