Honor a distinguished Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) in your life with a Years of Service Certificate from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP). This certificate recognizes their dedication and contributions to the perfusion profession.
Please note that the Years of Service Certificate is a commemorative recognition and does not serve as verification of current certification status.
To request a Years of Service Certificate, please complete and submit the Certificate Request Form. There is a $100 fee for the printing and mailing of a Years of Service Certificate.
CCPs in regular Certified status may download a digital certificate and verification letter from the Online Filing System (OFS). The documents update within 24-hours after successfully filing for recertification.

CCPs in alternative statuses (e.g., Conditional Certification or Extended Leave status) must contact the ABCP National Office at info@abcp.org to request a verification letter.
A printed certificate is mailed to all CCPs upon initial certification and to those who've moved to CCP-Emeritus status.
To request a Replacement CCP Certificate or CCP-Emeritus Certificate from the ABCP, please submit a Certificate Request Form.
There is a $100 fee for the printing and mailing of Replacement Certificates. The fee will be waived for a Replacement Certificate due to a CCP's first-time name change. Any further changes to the CCP's name will incur a certificate fee.
